We arranged to have this company take us to Oakland Airport and pick us up on our return trip from our vacation to Honolulu. The van arrived on time and got us to the airport on time. The limousine picked us up on our return trip at the Oakland Airport as promised and on time. What else can I say?? I have used this company for years and they do as they promise..
I've been taking East Bay Connection for the past 5-6 years. Used the service again during my trip last week into the Bay Area and on my departure home. It's so nice to be picked up and not have to take the crowded BART to/from OAK/SFO (especially if you have to transfer trains) and then Uber'ing/having a friend pick you up from the train station to your final destination. That can be so tiring, inconvenient and annoying riding with some of the crazy BART patrons. Plus I had a couple really nice drivers, one quiet and the other who held a great conversation. Two thumbs up :).
I have used East Bay Connections for 11 years since moving to the East Bay. I have always been very pleased with their service. Because of Covid, I had not traveled in more than two years, but was able to schedule a ride with East Bay Connections yesterday for a pick up from the airport . Once again, their service was excellent! Easy to schedule our pick up by phone in advance of our trip. Our driver Bashkir was waiting for us when we landed, and he drove us home in rush hour traffic. He was wonderful! I will continue to use East Bay Connections for future trips..

I have been using East Bay Connection for nearly a decade and I have always had a great experience. The drivers are so friendly and pleasant that I don't even feel the drive time. They always help me with my bags and get me where I need to go on time. The cars are very clean and well-maintained. I always know the cost up front and am never overcharged. I recommend them to everyone I know. It really feels like you're riding with family and that's one reason why I keep coming back.
I've been dealing with east bay connection for years now and I've never dealt with a respectful attentive customer oriented shuttle service as much as them. They are always ahead of time and get you to your destination in a timely manner. I need to go to the airport one morning and I was scared I was gonna be late. East bay made Sure I got there 30 minutes early stress-free. I have recommended them to my friends and family and I will continue to do so to other people as well.
Had a great experience with East Bay Connections last week as I was leaving the Bay Area. The driver arrived on time and was very polite, and he was nothing short of a gentleman, made my 45 minute drive feel so short! I would definitely recommend East Bay Connections to anybody in the area.

I decided to give East Bay Connection another try after receiving a really nice note from their head office regarding my post of 1/2/13. I appreciate businesses that respond to customers and these folks did just that not only with an apology but an investigation to see what went wrong so that they might improve! My driver, Hugo, was outstanding; very professional. He arrived ten minutes early and gently tapped on the door just to let me know he was here. Shortly after we got on 24 to head to Oakland, there was a car carrier fire and traffic was at a standstill! Hugo was equally oncerned about safety (as it had just happened and several fire trucks were speeding by us) as he was about getting me to the airport on time. I appreciated his skilled driving and concern for what was going on around us. We got to the airport in plenty of time and most important, safely. As expressed, I appreciated receiving a response from East Bay to my earlier post. For this reason, I gave them another try and glad I did. No system is infallable and no business runs without blips in the screen. What's important is that they care enough to make improvements and are appreciative that you brought the issues to their attention. They are true professionals and I believe they really do care about the customer. I'm a fan and I recommend them!
Went with East Bay Connection for the first time over the July 4th weekend to go from Dublin to SFO - the driver arrived on time, drove safely, and was very courteous. I would gladly use them again for future airport transportation!
We have been using them for years (the sedan service) and have been very pleased. On-time pick-ups from home and prompt pick-ups at both SFO and OAK. Excellent interaction with the office people as well.
