We arranged to have this company take us to Oakland Airport and pick us up on our return trip from our vacation to Honolulu.  The van arrived on time and got us to the airport on time.  The limousine picked us up on our return trip at the Oakland Airport as promised and on time.  What else can I say??  I have used this company for years and they do as they promise..

I've been taking East Bay Connection for the past 5-6 years.  Used the service again during my trip last week into the Bay Area and on my departure home.  It's so nice to be picked up and not have to take the crowded BART to/from OAK/SFO (especially if you have to transfer trains) and then Uber'ing/having a friend pick you up from the train station to your final destination.  That can be so tiring, inconvenient and annoying riding with some of the crazy BART patrons.  Plus I had a couple really nice drivers, one quiet and the other who held a great conversation.  Two thumbs up :).

I have used East Bay Connections for 11 years since moving to the East Bay. I have always been very pleased with their service.  Because of Covid, I had not traveled in more than two years, but was able to schedule a ride with East Bay Connections yesterday for a pick up from the airport .  Once again, their service was excellent!   Easy to schedule our pick up by phone in advance of our trip.  Our driver Bashkir was waiting for us when we landed, and he drove us home in rush hour traffic. He was wonderful!  I will continue to use East Bay Connections for future trips..
